Tri At The Y: Lazy Man Triathlon

What a triathlete completes in 1 day, you can complete in 31 days! All ages and fitness levels welcome!

  • 2.4 Mile Swim
  • 112 Mile Bike Ride
  • 26.2 Mile Run or Walk
