Swim teams promote healthy activities, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the sport! Our Swim Team programs are available at both our Upland and Chino locations.

 

Competitive Swim Team

Our competitive swim teams (West End Wolverines & Huff Family Aquatic Swim Team Sharks) offer swimmers a chance to build their teamwork and competitive swimming skills. Students in our swim team can practice five days a week and participate in competitions with other swim teams. YMCA Membership is required to participate.

8 & Under: M/T/TH 5:00PM - 6:00PM ($110/month)
10 & Under: M-F 6:00PM - 7:00PM ($135/month)
12 & Under: M-F 6:30PM - 7:30PM ($145/month)
16 & Under: M-F 6:00PM - 8:00PM ($165/month)

Bronze Group: M-F 7:00PM - 8:00PM ($135/month)

Senior Group: M-F 6:00PM - 8:00PM ($175/month)

*Wednesday practices begin with a dryland practice.

Senior: 100 Freestyle 1:15 or less; 200 IM 2:50 or less
Gold: 100 Freestyle 1:15 or less; 200 IM 3:15 or less
Silver: 100 Freestyle 1:45 or less; 200 IM 3:45 or less
Bronze: 100 Freestyle 2:10 or less; 200 IM 4:15 or less

 

Pre-Competition Swim Team 

This monthly based swim team preparation class allows swimmers to prep for the skills needed to try out for our swim team. Swimmers must be placed into this by completing a swim assessment or must have graduated our stage 6 swim class.
